NEW GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

If you have recently been sick, not feeling well, or around anyone who has been ill, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

Each client's temperature will be taken and no one with a fever will be allowed inside the salon.

• TARDIES ARE UNACCEPTED!!!! Please arrive 15 MINS EARLY. Failure to comply will RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT AND FULL SERVICE CHARGE!!

• ALL clients must wear a face mask.

• Services are by APPOINTMENT ONLY to avoid customers waiting in the salon.

• You will only receive the scheduled services, no additional services or changes will be accepted.

• Please arrive 10-15 mins before the appointment and stay in your vehicle until called.

• After 15 mins you are considered LATE. therefore you're subject to a late fee.

• A VALID CREDIT CARD is required for booking an appointment.(No shows/ cancellations are subject to paying full service amounts)

• Only guest receiving services are allowed in the building

• DO NOT BRING CHILDREN OR OTHER GUEST WITH YOU

• Customers must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer when entering the salon.

• The salon and all tools will be thoroughly disinfected between use. as well as salon chairs.

• CASH OR CASH APP IS THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT AT THIS TIME. NO OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE EXCEPTED.
